Our Process:

• Client Vision Consultation: We started with a detailed consultation with the property manager to understand their specific needs and aesthetic goals. This step helped us tailor our approach to meet the client’s vision for a modern and cohesive look.
• Remote Coordination: Due to lockdowns in the summer of 2020, we shifted to Zoom appointments to discuss project details and ensure continuous progress. This approach ensured safety while maintaining clear communication with the client.
• Site Evaluation: Our team conducted a thorough on-site evaluation to assess the existing awnings, frames, and building conditions. This evaluation helped identify key areas for improvement, such as addressing rust and outdated materials.
• Design Development: We developed custom designs featuring galvanized frame awnings with backlit material and energy-efficient LED lighting. The design also included a mesh soffit to prevent animal nesting. These elements were selected to enhance the building's aesthetics and functionality.
• Material Procurement: High-quality, weather-resistant materials were selected to ensure durability and longevity. The galvanized frames were chosen for their rust-resistant properties, and the LED lighting for its energy efficiency and modern appeal.
• Precision Fabrication: Our team meticulously fabricated the awnings to ensure precision and quality. Each unit was crafted to exact specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and uniform appearance across all 33 units.
• Professional Installation: Our experienced installation team installed the awnings, ensuring they were securely attached and properly aligned. This step was crucial for maintaining the structural integrity and visual appeal of the property.
• Post-Installation Review: After installation, we conducted a comprehensive review with the property manager to ensure all aspects met their expectations. Any necessary adjustments were made to guarantee a flawless finish.
